When executing TestStand, a Run-Time error occurs:

This error can occure when the client has not been able to download the test operation process from the server.
1: Ensure that the Client is online to the server
2: Ensure that the time, date and time zone is correct on the client (and on the server)
3: To force an update, restart the computer (WATS Client)
