Allow Multiple Measurements in the Same Alarm

We are using the Alarms and Notifications to communicate issue with production processes.

However, we have several plants, and when an issue occurs at one plant, the other plants do not care to be notified.

We are running up against the 30 rule limit very quickly.

I thought that I could simplify some of the rules (example: we have several rules where we trigger based a limit of 5000 ms).

But it appears that I cannot combine several measurements into a single rule.

Trying to add an OR condition with another measurement, but the "Measurement Path" is greyed out.

So then, I thought maybe I could add a semicolon list of measurements:
