Create RCA tickets from report

It would be very useful if we could create RCA tickets directly from:

1. a test step in the "test reports" view (it already shows in the context menu, but seems like a broken link)

1. the test report itself

  Hi Tue Lunde, 

  Could you please provide a bit more context on what you mean by creating an RCA ticket from a step? Are you referring to the ability to create an RCA ticket directly from a UUT report?

  The menu link for creating an RCA ticket is working in the latest versions.

  Hi Jenny

  I was thinking that when the RCA ticket is created, that it also writes the step details in a tag called "Step", or similar.

  

  It should fill that in, if a test step is available in the context of the click.

  Ie. if I create an RCA ticket from a graph with step details

  

  , or when in a UUT report, the link to "Step details", could have another icon to create an RCA ticket.
