SW distribution...link to Artifactory/bit bucket rather than "uploading" in WATS

I'd love to see the ability to have the SW distribution have a link to a location in Artifactory or BitBucket (for example), so we don't have to upload the packages directly to WATS.  Uploading to WATS just makes an additional uncontrolled copy of the software; I'd rather pull directly from the source of truth.

When a package is requested, the file would come directly from the source rather than WATS storage.

  Hi Jon,

  There is an API available for maintaining packages and upload files (...swagger/ui/index#/Software). I guess this is not what you ask, but it can help you to automate the process. I hope this helps.
