Using Misc Info as Cross-Process Filters in Test Step Analysis

How can I use misc info from one test process across others in Test Step Analysis?

I have a PCB that goes through several test processes. In one of those processes, some searchable "misc info" is added to the unit. Is there a way to use this misc info across different test operations within the Test Step Analysis function? I’d like to calculate the yield of a different process, using that misc info as a filter criterion for the device.
