Viewing UUR in Process Heat Map

Hi, I have a custom UUR upload utility (based on the LabVIEW wizard example) which runs in our automated test system. I have noticed when viewing the reports in the Heat Map that the count is zero (but with the correct fault codes listed).

If I open and edit the existing report in the web GUI and close it (no changes), the quantity corrects itself for that report. So the GUI does something else to the "Repair#" field.

I tried using the LabVIEW wizard example and get the same results, but unsure why. 

Anyone else using LabVIEW to submit UUR's and encountered something similar?

  Hi, I tried with the "Example UUR Wizard.vi" and could not reproduce this. Did you say that it did NOT WORK using this example? Can you check your time and date settings on your station submitting the report?

  Looks like updating to the latest stable Client fixes the issue. Will confirm this with a manufacturing PC update.
