Quick access to test step analysis from Alerts and Notifications Report

Is there a quick way to get from a alert and notifications, which does describe the test step, to the test step analysis information.
At the moment we have a global alert setup across all our test to show a drift of month on month average result, but from the emailed alert, and the alert within WATS, it does not identify the product under test, or the test phase. It only details the test step. As we run tests with 100s of test steps, and also repeat test scripts, its difficult to find the source data that triggered the alert.
A quick hyperlink to the data (test step analysis) that triggered the alert would be ideal, but more details about the UUT and test phase would also be helpful.
