RCA tickets with multiple links to issue

It would be good to link multiple failing units to the RCA ticket.
for example if the ticket is made from the Heatmap due to "FPY is in alarm" I'd like to link all the affected (failed) reports to the ticket. This way if someone is checking on the ticket, they could easily open the reports to new tabs.
One of those links could be the "Reference (URL)", but having a list of other reports on the left hand side for ease of access would be nice. Currently the links are to be added to comments and scrolling through all comments to find those is not user friendly.
