Show both inactivity and offline counter

When client switches state between active/inactive/offline, the counters are zeroed and you can only see the counter referring to latest change. It would be better to have both inactivity and offline counters visible. Currently if a tester is inactive for a long time and then gets turned off, we can only see for how long it's offline, but know nothing about how long it was inactive before going offline.
