Account owner backup

HI. I find Request access feature very useful but the problem is that only one account might be assigned as a Account owner - in our case we have 2 - 3 users who could approve new users. 

BTW I don't know how the feature works because it's not working on our test server yet - but I hope that after placing a request - account owner(s) could get an email with request details and two links to accept or reject the request - so you could do the job without any extra activity straight from the email.

In this scenario if second account owner would hit accept or reject he/she could get a page with the feedback message "account already accepted / rejected by ... initial on date ...."
