Error 500 for LearningResources

After login to my UAT enviroment 2025.2.18.1008 on Start page appears warning and when I click on it pop-up massage says 'Error 500 for LearningResources' - what daose it mean?

  Hello Msol!
  The error you're seeing derives from a bug.
  It means the Start Page in WATS has tried to get to the Learning Resources (eg.: resources for how to use WATS etc.) that we display for our Cloud users, but could not get to them, as your environment is On-Prem or offline. 
  
  It is harmless, but naturally confusing, and should be fixed on the upcoming release!
