Unrestricted product groups for users and tokens

In the user and token settings, we can specify a product group in the "Restrict to product group" column, which allows those users and tokens to see the specific product group, regardless of level hierarchy.

However, by doing this, the affected users/tokens can then ONLY see that product group, and nothing else.

We would like to have an extra column in the settings, called "Unrestricted product groups", so we can specify product groups that should always accessible, no matter what is, or is not, specified in the "Restrict to product group" column.
