Upgrade documentation/interface for editing repports
It would really help if WATS provided clearer and more complete documentation with exemples for editing reports. Even with technical skills, editing a report is unnecessarily complicated.

Can you please give us a bit more context as to what you mean by editing reports? Are you talking about sending reports with the API? Creating reports in the operator interface? Editing the header data within a single report in the UUT/UUR report?Comment actions -

For editing reports, currently the available three options are:
1. Editing most header fields for a single report can be done in the GUI, by accessing the menu in the upper right corner of the UUT.
2. Resubmitting the report through the API, as described in the article you linked. If there are specific details you feel lacking in this regard, please let us know what you feel needs better explaining, and we will look into improving the article.
3. Contacting our support (support@virinco.com) to do this as a paid service. This is a good option if you need to update a set of reports and don't want to handle the job through the API yourself. -

I would say that editing header fields in batches, not one by one, would be very helpful and you might consider to begin with this (make this a priority).
Afterwards, you might consider to make a "how to" with a detailed exemple, and even a video, on how to resubmit reports through the API.
