Protected Serial No. Handler in WATS Client Configuration

During our trial, we found that there are chances that the parameters in Serial number handler could be mishandled by our CM teams as its open for modification.

I would like to propose to lock/protect the serial no. handler being modified after the first setup.

It could be protected/locked by password.

This is to prevent production team from mishandling the serial no. handler in WATS Client Configuration.
