About this integration

TAKAYA is a Japanese manufacturer of flying probe test systems for PCB assembly verification. This converter supports three output formats: classic ATD (tab-delimited), ATDX (semicolon-delimited), and APT94xx ATD (quoted space-padded fields). Each format produces UUT reports with component-level test steps including measurements and limits.

How to install

  1. Download the converter .dll from the release link for the converter you need.
  2. Install it in the WATS Client. See Setting up a custom converter.
