End of support for Internet Explorer

As of WATS 21.1 Internet Explorer is no longer supported by WATS, as support from Microsoft for the browser is about to end.

Background: In 2015, Microsoft released the Edge browser as a replacement for Internet Explorer (IE). Because of this, IE no longer receives updates apart from minor security patches, which causes an ever increasing gap in performance and features compared to other modern browsers. At the same time, Edge does not support Silverlight, leaving many applications in the gap between browsers.
