Reports received by WATS that WATS is not able to process are put in the quarantine. WATS will attempt to reprocess quarantined reports occasionally, up till 24 times, after which the report will be marked as invalid.
You can find quarantined reports in the quarantine in the control panel.
In Quarantined reports you can:
- See the error message that caused the report to be quarantined.
- Force WATS to retry processing of a report.
- Delete a quarantined report.
- Get an export of the quarantined report.
Use the action at the top of the report to attempt to resolve the reports currently in quaratine:
- Select one or more reports and click Delete to delete the reports from the server.
- Click View report to open the report XML. Alternatively double click on a report in the grid to open it.
- Click Retry to make another attempt at submitting the report. If a report is submitted to WATS with a future date, it will be added to quarantine. Resubmitting with the current date/time to solve this can be done by clicking the Submit report with current date/time-button.
