Allow grouping of Dashboards

as we have grown our use of WATs, we have created many dashboards for various functions in the company.

For instance, R and D is interested in the lower level measurements.

Executives want to see all plants, and mostly OEE and yields.

Plant managers are similar, but may want to monitor specific machines more than others.

This has resulted in us creating a large amount of dashboards, and the list of public dashboards is getting longer.

It would be nice if we could "group" dashboards into categories, for example, Engineering, MFG Engineering, Executive.  It would function similar to the Private and public dashboards grouping, but you could have subgroups under the private and public.

  WATS 25.2 (being rolled out late June) will have support for creating folders in the Dashboard menu (as will Process heatmap, Dynamic yield and Dynamic repair). While the groups (private, public etc) will still be locked to only those, you can now create your own folder structure below these. We hope this is sufficient and are marking this as Completed.
