Add options in rest API to create, edit and upload (files to) software packages

The following options will be added to the rest API:

• Create a new package
• Edit/Update a package properties (Status, description, etc)
• Upload a ZIP/Compressed file (including files and folders) to a package. (updated:) Files and folders will be merged with existing content. A delete all files method will be available.

  I’d like to find out whether software package distribution - specifically creating and editing packages - can also be done via the C# API, or if it’s only supported through the REST API.

  Hi,

  It is only supported through the rest API.
