Email to all WATS users

Hello

When there is an issue with WATS i want to send a mail to all users and inform them about the issue. This prevents users from creating tickets separately on the same topic.

  As a workaround, you should be able to Export the users table to Excel, then just copy all the values from the email column and paste that into your email client. I can't guarantee all email clients support this, but at least for Outlook it works.
