    Hi Jouni,

We’ve previously discussed the possibility of allowing users to reorganize folders and views. For now, we want to keep the behavior as it used to be - views, and folders will be displayed in alphabetical order.

We’ve identified this as an issue and will make sure to restore the alphabetical sorting in an upcoming release.

    Thank you for fast reply.
Ok. Forced Alphabetical order is acceptable for me.

Couple things that could bee looked:
    - How folders and dashboards at same level are organized between each other?
    - How numbers are detected in the name? If some one start to organize the dashboards by starting the name with number. Is "10. " before or after "2. " as in alphabetical order would be (can be solved by adding 0-digit to front)?

Folders will always appear at the top in alphabetical order, followed by the views, which are also sorted alphabetically. The same rule applies inside each folder — all items there are sorted alphabetically as well.

Regarding numbers in names — the sorting follows standard alphabetical logic, so for example, “10. …” will appear after “2. …”. If you prefer a numeric order, you can add a leading zero (e.g., “02. …”) to make them appear in the intended sequence.
