"Set operation Type" WATS Custom Step Type

When using Custom Step Type "Set operation Type" I got four destinations to choose from in the drop down menu.

What is the difference between these and how do i know what to choose?

Further more. If I have made some custom operations, e.g. "MSA-test", will that appear in the "Operation Type" drop down?
