Account

The Account page displays statistics about your account and provides access to account-wide settings, including company branding and security configuration.

 

Overview

The Overview tab provides a complete summary of your account, including:

• The current WATS version

• The number of registered users

• Connected clients

• Setup date

Additionally, it includes links to maintenance, client, and server articles to help you stay up to date with the latest information and updates.

Subscription 

The Subscription tab displays information about your current plan and allows you to manage your subscription. You can also view monthly storage usage statistics to monitor resource consumption.

Security 

The Security tab allows you to configure additional authentication options besides WATS Authentication, such as:

• Azure AD Authentication

• Custom SSO Authentication

You can also enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and define the required password strength for all users.

System 

In the System tab, you can configure system-level behavior for report handling and synchronization.

• Prompt version on file upload: When enabled, WATS will prompt you to confirm or update the version number each time a file is uploaded.

  • Set to Yes to display the prompt.

  • Set to No to disable the prompt and automatically keep the existing version.

• Enable automatic part number synchronization from reports.

Branding

The Branding tab allows you to upload your company logo, which will be automatically displayed in WATS reports and documentation.
