The Account page displays statistics about your account and provides access to account-wide settings, including company branding and security configuration.
Overview
The Overview tab provides a complete summary of your account, including:
The current WATS version
The number of registered users
Connected clients
Setup date
Additionally, it includes links to maintenance, client, and server articles to help you stay up to date with the latest information and updates.

Subscription
The Subscription tab shows your current plan, your storage plan, and how much data your account has stored per month.
The Monthly storage usage chart at the bottom of the tab shows one column per month, with how much data you stored and how many reports you received. With the binary storage add-on, report data and binary attachments are shown separately. Hover a column to see the exact figures.
When a month stands out, select it. The chart then shows the part numbers that made up that month, largest first - usually enough to tell you which product is filling your plan. Select a part number to break it down further by process.
Getting the details out
Export the underlying numbers from the chart toolbar. The export follows wherever you are in the chart; all months from the overview, a single month, or a single part number within that month. Process level doesn't narrow it further; the part number's file already covers every process.
The file has one row per report, received or deleted, with its identifying details: serial number, part number, revision, process, test start time and result, alongside the report and binary sizes in bytes.
Security
The Security tab allows you to configure additional authentication options besides WATS Authentication, such as:
Azure AD Authentication
Custom SSO Authentication
You can also enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and define the required password strength for all users.

System
In the System tab, you can configure system-level behavior for report handling and synchronization.
-
Prompt version on file upload: When enabled, WATS will prompt you to confirm or update the version number each time a file is uploaded.
Set to Yes to display the prompt.
Set to No to disable the prompt and automatically keep the existing version.
Enable automatic part number synchronization from reports.
Branding
The Branding tab allows you to upload your company logo, which will be automatically displayed in WATS reports and documentation.
