What is the WATS Zapier App?

The WATS Zapier integration enables seamless automation between WATS and thousands of other applications. This integration provides real-time triggers, powerful search capabilities, and create actions to help you automate your manufacturing workflows.

How Does It Work?

All workflow actions connect directly to your WATS instance via the WATS REST API. You'll authenticate once with your WATS credentials, then use that connection across all your Zaps.

Triggers (Real-Time Automation)

Triggers poll your WATS instance at regular intervals (1-15 minutes depending on your Zapier plan). When new data appears, Zapier automatically starts your workflow.

Searches (On-Demand Lookups)

Searches run when your Zap needs them, allowing you to find and retrieve specific data during workflow execution.

Creates (Send Data to WATS)

Creates let you send data back to WATS.
