Backlog
Message: Reports are being processed, but new ones are coming in faster, causing the queue to grow. This is a warning, but it should correct itself.

Stalled
Message: Reports are in the queue with no signs of processing, indicating possible inactivity. If the job is turned off, it's a warning; if on, it's an error with no progress.
Meaning: Reports are not being processed.
Action:
If the job is intentionally turned off, no action is required.
If the job is active, treat this as an error and investigate further.
