In the latest version of Chrome and Edge quick actions (menu shown when hovering a row) in grids no longer works due to a change in the browser rendering engine. This affects modules like Production manager, System manager and Asset manager.

We are working on a fix for the issue which will be rolled out in the next biweekly Cloud release. OnPrem customers will need to upgrade to the latest version in order to resolve the issue.

Workaround:
Most of the functionality available in the quick actions are also available either in the page menu or as actions above the affected grids. Also note that Firefox use a different rendering engine than Chrome and Edge, and the quick actions work as normal in that browser.



Root cause:
The latest version of Chromium (affecting browser like Chrome and Edge) has introduced a functionality change, which has cause a third party component used by WATS no longer working. The WATS Company is implementing a change in our codebase to circumvent the issue, avoiding having to await a third party fix.

This issue has been resolved for all cloud accounts. OnPrem accounts must upgrade to the latest 25.3 version to resolve this issue.
