All affected instances have now been updated to cloud release version 2026.2.5, which includes the fix.

We have identified an issue in the cloud release 2026.2.4. Some customers are getting a black page when opening a UUT. The workaround is to clear the browser cache. Please see this article for a description of how to do it: Delete the web browser cache – WATS Support Center
We are currently working on a bug fix and will release a new version in a few days.
