We have identified an issue in cloud release 2026.2.1 that affects the processing of trigger-based notification rules. Specifically, asset notification rules with numeric conditions may fail to evaluate, which can result in errors visible in the notification system and prevent affected alarms and notifications from being sent.
The rollout of this version has been paused. The impact is limited to a small number of instances.
Our team has identified the root cause and is currently preparing a hotfix.

 A follow-up notice will be provided once the updated version has been verified and successfully rolled out.
